Associate Director of Events

Courtney has 10 years of experience at Park Hyatt Aviara, and 15 years in the Hospitality industry.

"My favorite venue is the Avalon Terrace. This is one of our many spaces that speaks for itself with little effort or can be completely transformed with any level of décor. The colored tile fountain, cozy fireplace and covered lanai give an already complete look and feel to the space, plus, it connects to our Avalon ballroom and can offer that sought after indoor/outdoor California living feel!"

Carolyn is a 41 year Hyatt veteran, with 9 of those years spent here at Park Hyatt Aviara.

With a Hospitality Degree specializing in Meetings & Events from San Diego State University, she recently embarked on a new chapter as the Event Sales Coordinator at Park Hyatt Aviara, bringing her extensive expertise to curate memorable and seamless experiences for guests.
